I am a yoga teacher who works with people suffering from chronic or acute back pain. Often you are frustrated by being physically limited, you feel like you’ve exhausted all possibilities to relieve your pain and you are scared you have to live your life taking medication all the time.
I will guide you by gently moving your body to gain flexibility and strength, relax your mind so you can enjoy your life by doing things you love to do and have a long-term relief you are wishing for.
My sessions are designed to help those with pain from muscular-skeletal back and neck conditions, osteoporosis, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, spinal disc bulges or herniations, spinal arthritis and mild scoliosis.
The pace of my classes is carefully planned and the poses are very gentle, so you won't be afraid of hurting yourself anymore.
With only few sessions you will not only get great relief, but a surge of positive energy!
