Feel Good Again: A Journey to a Healthy and a Strong Back

Maybe you’ve been living in agony for weeks, months or even years. It’s not important how long you’ve been on this journey, you’re desperate for some relief. You’ve committed to doing everything possible that your doctors and health professionals have told you to do, but nothing seems to help.


You’ve been prescribed a cocktail of meds and they’re not touching the pain or you can’t tolerate them. You’re afraid of the long-term side effects it could cause. The pills mess up your stomach, your mind and your heart. And, you don’t like the idea of surgery - it freaks you out!

Hi, I'm Cinthia Makuta

I’m a yoga teacher. I specialise in helping people suffering from back pain from muscular-skeletal back and neck conditions, osteoporosis, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, spinal disc bulges or herniations, spinal arthritis and mild scoliosis.


Such people are often sleepless, frustrated and tired of trying different solutions to relieve their pain yet still feeling stiff and sore.


I help them to manage their pain so they can take back control of their lives and live life to the fullest.

With Feel Good Again: A Journey to a Healthy and a Strong Back, you'll learn how to move your body consciously without hurting yourself so you become stronger and more flexible to feel on top of things again.


After completing Feel Good Again you’ll:

  • Feel extremely relaxed and much looser so you’ll  have a good night’s sleep.

  • Know exactly what exercises to do if your back starts hurting again.

About You Questionnaire

You’ll answer a few questions to help me get a clear idea of your back issues. By learning about your pain levels, frustrations and goals prior to our session, we can know where to focus energy in order to get the best results and make the most of our time together.

Your Customized Yoga Session


During this 60-minute video call session, we’ll discover how your body moves and what you can and can’t do in order to develop an effective, simple and slow yoga flow sequence for you to practice on your own.


By the end of our session, you’ll feel more relaxed, less stiff and trust yoga has your back.


Action Time


You’ll receive the recording of our call with your yoga sequence. As part of your routine, you’ll practice at least 3 times a week for 20 minutes, over the next 2-3 weeks. 


You’ll also receive a PDF with pictures of the poses and instructions as well as additional material that you can print off which will help you memorize the sequence.


This gentle practice is a beautiful way to stay connected with your body and learn about your limitations without hurting yourself.


Final Check-in


After doing your own practice for 2-3 weeks, we’ll chat again for 30 minutes and discuss your experience. 


This is the time to bring any questions you may have about your practice. We’ll talk about what’s worked, what hasn’t and make any adjustments if needed.


At this point, you’ll be stronger and more flexible. You’ll start feeling empowered as you have the tools to manage your pain in a natural way and Feel Good Again!

Step 3:  Our session will be held on video conference call at your scheduled appointment time. It means, no matter where you are we can work together!
