Hi, I'm Cinthia!

I’ve been a yoga teacher for almost a decade, as well as a certified Ayurvedic Therapist. I was taught by teachers in India, the birthplace of Yoga and Ayurveda.

I believe that, combined, the ancient practice and knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda provide natural ways of healing the body and mind and that these can be foremost methods to cure and prevent illness.

I work with people who are ready to show up for themselves and create a healthy way of living to thrive and have a lasting relief.
